These Terms & Conditions govern purchases from and use of the Metro Detailing Supplies website. By using this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate. Product colours, packaging and appearance may vary from the images shown.

Manufacturers may change product formulations, packaging or specifications without notice. Customers should review the manufacturer’s current label, instructions and safety information before using any product.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Retail prices are visible to all visitors. Approved business customers may receive account-specific pricing after signing in. Business pricing is assigned by product and may be changed or withdrawn at the discretion of Metro Detailing Supplies.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other order costs will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order but does not guarantee acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions or other reasonable business considerations. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an ordered product is unavailable, we may contact you regarding a substitute, backorder or refund.

Payment

Retail orders must be paid using an available payment method at checkout. Payment processing is provided by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms and privacy practices.

Approved business credit accounts may place orders without immediate payment and will be invoiced according to their established account terms. Customers are responsible for paying invoices by the applicable due date.

Business Accounts

Submitting a business account application does not guarantee approval. Metro Detailing Supplies may request additional information, approve or decline an application, establish credit limits and modify or close a business account when reasonably necessary.

Business pricing, credit privileges and other account benefits are confidential to the approved customer and may not be transferred or shared.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials. Activity conducted through an account may be treated as authorized by the account holder unless Metro Detailing Supplies is notified of unauthorized access.

Shipping and Delivery

Retail shipping charges, free-shipping eligibility and delivery information are described on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Approved business credit accounts receive shipping according to their established account terms.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Metro Detailing Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, service interruptions, incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for promptly reporting damaged, missing or incorrect shipments.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, damaged products and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds page.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Returns & Refunds policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Product Use and Safety

Detailing chemicals, tools and equipment must be used according to the manufacturer’s directions, warnings and safety information.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for the intended surface, material or application. When appropriate, test the product on a small, inconspicuous area before full use.

Metro Detailing Supplies is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper dilution, failure to follow instructions, incompatible surfaces, improper storage or use outside the product’s intended purpose, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse customer accounts or use website content in a way that infringes the rights of Metro Detailing Supplies or others.
